1.Enrollment Fee Policy:

Once a student enrolls in OPA Academy and submits the required fees, the payment is considered non-refundable. We encourage students to thoroughly review demo lectures and course details before making the commitment.

2.Behavioral Conduct:

OPA Academy maintains a respectful and collaborative learning environment. Any form of misbehavior, disrespect, or harassment towards teachers or fellow students is strictly prohibited. In the event of such behavior, the student may face immediate expulsion from the system.

3.Adherence to Rules:

Students are expected to adhere to the rules and guidelines set by OPA Academy. Failure to comply with these rules, including but not limited to attendance requirements, submission deadlines, and respectful communication, may result in expulsion from the system.

4.Syllabus Coverage:

Students are required to follow the prescribed syllabus and course structure. Failure to cover the specified coursework within the stipulated time frame may result in removal from the system. OPA Academy is committed to providing a comprehensive learning experience, and students are encouraged to stay on track with the curriculum.

5.Communication Protocol:

Effective communication is essential for a positive learning environment. Students are expected to communicate with teachers and staff in a respectful and timely manner. Any issues or concerns should be addressed through the designated communication channels provided by OPA Academy.

6.System Access:

Access to the OPA Academy system, including the mobile app, is a privilege granted to enrolled students. Any attempt to compromise system integrity, unauthorized sharing of login credentials, or engagement in any form of academic dishonesty may result in immediate removal from the system.

By enrolling in OPA Academy, students acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. These guidelines are in place to ensure a conducive learning atmosphere and maintain the integrity of our educational community. OPA Academy reserves the right to take appropriate action in cases of non-compliance with these terms and conditions.
